After being introduced to the man on the left, I said to him, “That’s a really nice shirt you have on.” He took it off and handed it to me, on the spot. So, I did the same.
Here is a photo of us posing with our new shirts on. I think I now know where the saying, “I’ll give you the shirt off my back” came fromβ¦ Brazil!
My friend Rodrigo ask if I wanted to join him on a weekend business trip to a place I have never been, deep in Amazonas, Brazil. Without hesitation and with camera in hand, I went on a journey I will never forget. For me, it’s not just the rainforest that excites me; it’s also the people I meet along the way. This day proved to give me valuable insight on a level of kindness I didn’t think still existed.
